What do we have?
We have a complete wood shop, metal shop, photography studio (traditional and digital), video and sound editing studio, automotive, motorcycle and bicycle repair shop, electronics and robotics lab, with growing facilities for rapid prototyping, printmaking, finishing, and biotech hacking, along with complete co-working facilities. We’re located in a clean, secure, ground-floor, light industrial and warehouse facility in West Lynn, on the banks of the Saugus River, with easy access to Route 95, and ground-floor garage door and loading dock access.

Membership
How does membership work? Members can join on a month-to-month basis, with varying levels of access and storage. See the matrix below. There is a 10% discount on pre-paid year memberships also available. You also get access to our member’s community Slack page, along with our Brickyard Gigs Slack Channel.
Here are the details:
- Full Membership: You get 24/7 access to all the tools and studios, shelf, file and secure locker storage. $75/mo.
- Weekend Membership: Weekend access only. Shelf, rack and sheet storage, $40/mo.
- OfficeShare Express: 24/7 access, Desk and file-cabinet use, WiFi, laser printer use: $50/mo.
- Studio Space: 100 square feet of personal studio space, 24/7 access. Must accompany Membership: $175/mo.
Additional studio, “flex-space” and storage is available on an as-needed basis. Prices are determined based on your specific need. Let us know what you need, and we’ll make it work. Members get a 20% discount on all classes.
Corporate, Team or Group discounts are available. We welcome entrepreneurs, small startups and corporate R/D teams that need just a little more flexibility and access. Contact us with any special requirements or needs.
